EVents to come (Closed rp for Slade and myself)

The air was dank, filled with a foul smelling, thick mist. It was dark except for the few lanterns which dimly lit the surrounding area, they lit a corridor that winded down deep below the earth's surface. A dark chant filled the corridor, along with a sinister melody, chilling the very air and very core of the living and stirring up the dead.

**Sintiu was in one of the hallways and he could hear the chanting as it began to get louder.** Yes... Everything is almost complete, by sun rise, the ritual shall be complete. **He held a book in his left hand then opened it and began reading.**

Suddenly an ominous power surged through the caverns filling the air with dread as the chanting became louder, a large light could be seen at the end of the corridor, it was from a dark fire that blazed burning red, and smashing into the ceiling of, what appeared to be a ceremony room. The heat from the fire intensified and became even brighter than before.

Sintiu continued to read from the book as the chanting got louder, as he was reading, a crash of thunder was heard in the background and he looked up from the book with a evil grin. Finally, the time has come for thyne spirits to awaken and once again, I will rule this world. Another crash of thunder is heard as it begins to rain. I must hurry, for for midnight shall be upon us soon. He then begans to read the book again as he continues to walk down the hall.

As he walked down the corridor three humanoid figures walked towards him, they stood tall walking like machines almost, as they came closer they adorned large robes and metallic masks shaped like ghoulish skulls. The figures approached him silently and stood in front of him blocking his path. Their robes were lavender with stars and crescent moon designs on them, the sleeves were baggy and hid their hands beneath them as were their feet hidden by the rest of the robe.

Out of the way you fools, can't you see I'm busy? he began to say several words under his breath and the figures became encased by a purple light then they began to slide apart. Now if you will excuse me, I have better things to do than waste my time trying to talk to you three. He walked down the hall and entered a room full of candles with several strange markings on the floor. Finally, the time of darkness has come, and I shall finally regain what is rightfully mine. He began chanting in a strange language as the symbols on the floor began to glow. Hatu Enai poti Hakuta De Dai... The symbols began glowing a bright white then a beam of light arose from the floor and struck Sintiu allowing him to regain all of his power. Now, I will show this wretched rock of a planet what a true ruler is like.

From the symbol on the floor came black ooze, protruding a foul transparent black mist. From this mist a large cloaked figure stepped out and approached Sintiu, slowly his face could not be seen, his hands covered in a black steel and clawed, in one hand he carried a large tome made of metal and bone, the cloak that covered him was tattered and worn, the boots that covered his feet were also covered in bone and metal, along with his chest plate. You young one wallow in powers far beyond your comprehension. Tell me why have you summoned me here? His voice was deep, rough and echoed almost with a metallic tone. The figure stood towering over Sintiu awaiting an answer.

My lord, I have summoned you so I may ask you if I can take control of this once pitiful rock they call earth. **He continued to look at the figure then knelt down in front of him.** My allegiance lies with you my lord. For I am your servant and I will accomplish anything you ask of me.

The figure placed his hand upon Sintiu's head, I see, in that case. Suddenly and painfully he began sucking the power from Sintiu, Then if you want my aid, you will earn this power and if you want my blessing then I suggest you stand to your feet and take this. He lifted his hand off Sintiu's head and handed him a white envelope with a red wax crest, with a dragon's skull with swords crossing behind it.

**He suddenly released a loud cry and he almost fell over then he grabbed the envelope.** What the hell did you do that for and what is this? **He began to open the seal and pulled the letter out.**

The letter was a mere invitation, which had almost little to no information on it except a time, date and place of venue,I give unto you a place in this tournament, a chance to earn your place over this pathetic world. As for what I have done to you, if you truly do not know then, I have wasted my time here. Slowly he turns and walks over to a stone throne and sit upon the seat. You will enter this tournament as my champion, if you win I will give you anything you desire, and if you should fail I will make your every exissistance painful and bleak.

**He kneels down and places his hand over his chest.** As you wish my lord.

Lifting his hand and pointing at Sintiu, I will assume you don't know about this tournament's rules? Shall I teach you how they will come to work? he lowered his hand after finishing his statement and sat in silence whilst waiting for an answer.

Yes my lord, shall you teach me thy rules? **He slowly looks up at him but still kneels before him.**

A bright light flashed behind him like a small explosion, there stood five people all of them a little different than the next. One was a man dressed in a Hood jacket with armored cargo pants, and armor combat boots. His weapons were sinister looking gloved claws dripping with blood, his hair was a pale blonde, almost white in color. His eyes were red like blood and he adorned a wicked looking smile. Another was a Female blue dragon with a two piece armor set, with matching silk sleeves and armored boots. Her hair and scale colors were the same Blue with white highlights. Her face helmet had a single Horn protruding from it, the horn itself seemed to be bladed in shape. She seemed different from the rest in the fact that she didn't seem to belong. Her weapon was a long sword with what seemed like a fire like gem in the middle of it. Unfortunately the other three stood in the complete darkness out of site.

**He slowly begins to stand up and looks at the figures.** My lord, who are these strange looking beings that mine eyes have set sight upon?

He only nodded his head, the two he could see walked forward, the hooded one walked with a bit of a hunch and cackled as he walked, the dragon girl walked her hips swaying left and right. My name is ADELIA, it means Nobel I will be your second in command. I only wish to serve you as one can. she sounded calm and gentile in voice and beauty was not lacking either, the Cackling one spoke next. I am the voice of deception and the will of all that is dark, my name is Cyrus conqueror of the End Times! With my bloodied blades by your side you shall be victorious.

Then I shall be first in command. **He looks at the adviser.** My lord, I shall serve you well. **He then reaches behind him and pulls a four-bladed scythe off his back then looks to the others.** As you can see, in thine hand is a quad-bladed scythe that has cut thine throats of many a man and when this tournament comes, blood shall be spilled and we shall be the ones that see to it that it is done. **He looks at the adviser again.** My lord, I do have one question that I hath needed answered.

The two nodded, ADELIA smiled at him knowing she found someone that could finally help her with her issues and not to mention she thought he was kinda cute. What question have you for me then Sintiu? The Adviser looked down upon him from his seat in the stone throne, his black figure towering over them all.

May I ask of you that some powers be returned to me for the tournament? ** He puts the scythe on his back again then looks at the adviser.**

The Adviser looked down unto Sintiu, pointing his clawed armored finger at him, I will give you power but, it will not be all, you shall receive portions of your power through training. Lowering his hand a large cage began to appear from the middle of the room with them all inside of it. Now we will begin on the basics of the tournament. Are you ready to learn what I have to teach? His voice was cold and almost empty of any emotion.

I am my lord, but who shalt be the one that I train against? **he pulls the scythe off his back then readies it for battle.**

His two partners stepped up by his side, Your partners are going to help you with the basics of things. After which you will be fighting the other three.Is this understood? his voice echoed through the room stony walls and shook the core of all that was good like an earthquake.

Yes my lord. That shall be fine. **He picks up his scythe and then it seperates in the middle creating two double sided scythe's and he prepares to fight.**

Adelia and Cyrus both walked to the opposite end of the cage, Cyrus crouched down cackling and twitching every so often while, Adelia placed her hand on her hip and sheathed her sword, hand still on hilt. Adelia smiled and licked her lips, stepping forward to give the first lesson. The first rule of the tournament is teams are your friend, it's a three on three battle. Unfortunately it is done only in the fashion of tag battles. One person from each team will be out in front at all times. Got that so far cutie? She wiped the hair from in front of her face mask.
